This is the story of a girl named Callie. Callie is the set designer for her school play, ‘Moon Over Mississippi’. The name suggests drama, which happens both on and off the stage. The story involves her friendship with a pair of twins who are both extremely talented singers. This book does have a few love stories in it and a dramatic breakup, but it should be fine for kids of age 9&10. I liked this book; it was one of my favourite Raina Telgemeier books.
